Counter balance floor lamp, model 8023, by Robert Haussmann for Swiss Lamps International.
Black steel base with 360-degree swivel top, black adjustable arm with red steel weight, black lampshade with red handle and red steel weight.
The shade with reflector is rotatable and adjustable.
Halogen bulb, dimmer switch.
1980's. In good condition with light signs of use and age; light paint damage.
