Louis XV-style art deco side table in solid beech with a shabby chic makeover. This small table features a top with rounded edges, a small drawer underneath with a beautifully worked gilded handle, and a niche. It stands on 4 curved front legs, finished with a small shell. The jambs are fluted and the lower edge of the niche is beautifully carved. The Louis XV style is clearly recognizable, and the piece is in good condition: it has been sanded, the structure has been painted in light gray tones, and the top has been coated with a wood oil that brings out the wood grain. It can be placed in a bedroom as a bedside table, or as an occasional table or sofa end, particularly in tight spaces. Its light color will suit any style of interior.
