Product description
Beautiful Raak globe floor lamp. This style icon was designed in the 1950s by Frank Ligtelijn for the Raak company in Amsterdam. The concept of an aluminium fixture topped with a glass globe was produced in various versions (pendant lamps, wall lamps, floor lamps). The glass used was produced in three shades: grey-violet, brown smoked glass, and clear. Lamps from this series were produced until the 1970s. The lamp we are offering here is a floor lamp featuring brown smoked glass. The lamp is height-adjustable and rests on a cast iron base. It has an E27 socket, a black cord with a switch, and a white European 2-pin plug. Dimensions: Minimum height: 120 cm. Maximum height: 165 cm. Globe holder width: approx. 27 cm. Globe holder depth: approx. 24.5 cm. Base diameter: approx. 42 cm. The lamp is in beautiful vintage condition.
