Product description
The German architect and university lecturer Rouge Ekkehard Fahr developed this lamp in 1959/60. Fahr, a student of Eiermann, received numerous awards for this work. The lamp is part of the permanent exhibition at the MOMA in New York and the Pinothek der Moderne in Munich, among others. 1968 Awarded the Rosenthal Studio Prize. Produced until 1975. Black lacquered metal base. Chromed tubular steel support rod on top. Light rod made of matt anodized aluminium tube with fluorescent lamp. The luminaire is flexibly adjustable by means of a joint.
