Product description
The Gerrit dining table, designed by renowned Dutch designer Piet Boon, is a paragon of robust and timeless design. This piece of furniture combines a powerful architectural form language with the natural warmth of wood, resulting in a table that is both functional and aesthetically impressive. Crafted from solid wood and finished in a deep black hue, the table displays the characteristic wood grain that gives the surface a subtle texture. The design is characterized by a thick, rectangular tabletop resting on sturdy, block-shaped legs. This construction emphasizes the solid and durable nature of the furniture, typical of the Dutch Design Style. The table is in a condition consistent with previous use, where structural integrity has been fully preserved. Over the years, the furniture has developed an authentic character that contributes to its appearance. This dining table forms a powerful centerpiece in a modern or minimalist dining room. The generous surface offers ample space for dinners and gatherings and combines perfectly with both sleek and more organically shaped dining chairs. It is also possible to purchase the entire set, including chairs and bench. If interested, please let us know via chat.
