Pia Manu, coffee table, slate, chrome steel, Belgium, 1960sThis unique handcrafted coffee table with a chrome steel frame was designed in Pia Manu's studio. The tabletop is a real eye-catcher. With its subtle shades of red and black, the tabletop is quite exquisite. It would fit well in a modern rustic interior with textured and rough pieces. Pia Manu is a workshop in Ingelmunster, Belgium. It was here, among other places, that Jules Dewaele and his son Koen Dewaele designed several design pieces in the 1960s. Pia Manu still works in the same spirit, with natural materials such as stone and travertine combined with ceramic.
