Product description
"England calling" from this beautiful telephone bench, or in much nicer English, a real "Gossip bench".
In bygone days, quite a few calls were made to the outside world from this cute vintage piece of furniture.
But even though we rarely, if ever, use landlines anymore, this piece of furniture has survived the test of time and still stands charmingly upright.
Incredibly nice as home decoration or practical for use in the hallway, for example, to put on your shoes.
Featured with a drawer, a shelf, and beautiful cupboard space, the completely newly upholstered seat offers extra comfort and is finished in beautiful green velvet upholstery fabric.
Marked with the brand label of "Parker Knoll", a prominent English furniture manufacturer.
