Product description
Pair of andirons with log guards, in patinated cast iron and gilt bronze. The andirons support the logs in the hearth, allowing for better air circulation and therefore more efficient combustion. The log guard prevents the wood from rolling out of the fireplace. Each upright is adorned with a putto holding a torch, perched on a column decorated with raised garlands. The arched facade is embellished with a scroll frieze and a central medallion, supporting a grate with oval rings punctuated with gilded balls. The tapered legs and small vases atop the uprights complete the ensemble. This object is both utilitarian and decorative, typical of neoclassical and Empire styles, but certainly brings timeless elegance to all types of fireplaces. We offer delivery services in Belgium (€50), Paris (€69), and Hauts-de-France (€69). Please note that a €20 surcharge may apply for deliveries to upper floors. Please do not hesitate to contact us.
