Exceptional pair of two vintage armchairs published by the prestigious Italian house Saporiti Italia. This rare and authentic set was purchased new in 1979. The original purchase invoice, which constitutes absolute proof of their traceability and authenticity, will be provided to the buyer. Both armchairs are entirely complete. They include their original brown textured suedette/suede structure as well as all their period cushions. The original fabric label from the manufacturer Saporiti Italia is perfectly preserved and clearly visible under the seat. Condition: The set is presented in its original used condition with a beautiful natural patina on the suede and some normal age-related marks. The first armchair is in good general condition (only the upper right corner is torn), the structure is sound and the comfort is excellent. The second armchair has a sunken seat (2). This will require a professional review of the straps or internal foam to restore its initial comfort. A rare opportunity for collectors of high-end 1970s Italian design wishing to acquire an authentic pair. Dimensions (per armchair): 175x78x75
