Mixed media: Oil paint, acrylic and oil stick. A self-taught artist, Andrzej Gudański has been drawing and painting since the age of 14 to earn a living, selling both oil and watercolors. He graduated from the Łobez school. His work is recognizable for its atypical style, humor and lightness. Despite his young age, thanks to his undeniable talent and creative sensitivity, but above all to his titanic assiduity, he presents himself to us today as an undeniably mature artist with a strong gallery following. . His style is personal and assertive, defined by the artist himself as "Abstract Elementalism". He presents his vision of the reality that surrounds him, poking fun at the unusual, the marvellous and the absurd. In his paintings, it's difficult to distinguish between the serious and the frivolous. With poetry and allegorism, Andrzej Gudanski sketches the drama of modern man and his complicated existence. I personally see a strong link with the famous and brilliant American painter George Condo.
