Rare original French advertising maquette attributed to Henri Lemonnier, created for Établissements J. Sibille, wine merchants in Libourne, Bordeaux region, circa 1950s–1960s.
This is an original hand-executed poster project, combining pencil, gouache and graphic lettering on very thin paper.
The composition brings together vineyard references, Bordeaux wine imagery, barrels, regional mapping and hand-drawn typography in a highly decorative mid-century commercial design.
The reverse bears handwritten annotations identifying the work as a “projet d’affiche”, confirming its original preparatory advertising purpose.
