This beautiful Swedish table lamp from Nordiska Kompaniet is a design classic of the Scandinavian Modern movement. In the 1960s, several significant designers created lamps for Nordiska Kompaniet (NK). Among the most famous are Hans-Agne Jakobsson, known for his elegant and functional designs, and the designer Greta Grossman, who drew attention with her innovative and modern approaches to lighting. These designers contributed significantly to the development of Scandinavian design and left a lasting impression on the world of interior design and lighting. The condition of the lamp is very good, with only minimal damage occurring over the years on the bottom edge of the pleated plastic shade. The lamp base is flawless.
