Rare expandable cloth valet / room divider by Chinese designer Naihan Li from her celebrated Crates Series. Constructed in walnut, the ingenious folding structure opens into a complete gentleman's dressing station incorporating a full-length mirror, smaller circular mirror, hanging rails, shelves, accessory trays and storage elements. When folded, the piece becomes a compact mobile structure on castors. The documented specifications identify the piece as a 2014 Limited Edition, measuring approximately 200.3 × 210 × 7.5 cm when extended. Provenance: Acquired directly from Lane Crawford together with two other Naihan Li pieces associated with the 2014 Lane Crawford installation.
