Material: Metal and plastic. In original boxes in plastic case.
Condition: As good as new. Small crease in reference book (see photos)
Background.
This car appears in the Tintin comic: The Scepter of Ottokar. Original edition in 1947. Reprint in 1966.
In the yellow Opel Olympia convertible sat two Syldavian spies / bandits. They were the henchmen of the conspiracy that had carried out a bomb attack on Tintin. After the failed attack, the driver and his accomplice fled in this car. Tintin immediately gave chase on a "borrowed" motorcycle.
