Ole Wanscher was a Danish furniture designer and architect, renowned for his elegant, functional, and finely crafted creations. His work was heavily influenced by 18th-century English and French furniture. This distinctive characteristic sets him stylistically apart from most Danish designers of the mid-20th century.
Ole Wanscher studied under Kaare Klint at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts, where he later became a professor.
