A striking lounge armchair from the 1980s, designed by Augusto Mandelli & Walter Selva for the Italian brand Salmistraro. A rare model in a distinctly Memphis/postmodern style.
The chair features graphic, wing-shaped side panels in black leather and has recently been reupholstered in a soft pink velvet. The front features an integrated round table on a chrome leg – ideal for a drink, laptop, or book. Comfortable seating and a design statement all in one.
Perfect as a focal point in a living room, studio, hotel room, or lobby, but also of interest to collectors of Italian postmodern design.
