Manutti Air Concept set of 2 armchairs + coffee table,
( ! Transport: arrangement to be made depending on distance),
Purchased Autumn 2020 and minimal use - Very Good Condition,
- 2 sofas (264 x 107 cm): 2 end modules named « Left End Seat 264 » and « Right End Seat 264 » with a powder-coated aluminum platform, which extends from each end to serve as an integrated side table.
- Coffee table (132 x 107 cm): Large rectangular modular coffee table « Large Footstool / Coffee Table 132 ».
- Unique technical feature: The backrests of the 2020 model are removable, equipped with invisible magnetic fasteners to allow rearranging the angle or position of the seats as desired.
- Comfortable space for 6 to 7 people.
- Furniture little used, only during the summers from 2020 to 2024 and for approximately 6 weeks July & August, in a secondary residence on the coast.
- Furniture stored (between uses) in a ventilated garage / VMC.
- No breakages, dents, rust, defects.
- Structures « like new », just 1 soap cleaning.
- Cushions always stored indoors in a ventilated area, no tears, no zipper or closure problems, etc. At most a slight logical color wear (homogeneous, so not really visible) due to UV, if compared to new.
- Removable and washable cushions.
* In 2020, the Manutti Air Concept set (2 modules of 264 cm + 1 large coffee table of 132 cm) was priced from €16,000 to €17,500.
* The structure alone with the aluminum base + the table, was worth €13,000.
- Possibility and ease of buying only new cushions (common with Manutti). Estimated budget for the 2 large 264 cm modules, different categories of fabrics (Sunbrella®, high-end water-repellent textiles).
- Possibility of re-upholstering via an artisan upholsterer / saddler, often more economical and offering more creative freedom.
The structures of the Air Concept range in powder-coated aluminum and stainless steel are designed to last for decades without moving, while the upholstery is designed to be renewed or modified over time.
