For sale is an absolute highlight of Swedish Mid-Century Modern design: an imposing, hand-blown art glass Vases (model „Tulip“ / tulip vase) from the 1960s. The design comes from the renowned designer Bo Borgström. The Vases fascinates with the flowing contrast between the intensely luminous ruby red of the slender body and the massive, square base of heavy clear glass. The organically shaped, gently wavy lip resembles an open blossom. Special collector's advantage: The Vases still bears the original, rare factory sticker „Sweden SEDA“ on its base. In addition, at a stately 33.5 cm, it is the coveted large version, which unfolds a fantastic effect as a solitaire object on a sideboard or shelf.
