Product description
For sale: Magnificent two-light table lamp (double light arms) in a neoclassical/bouillotte style. A refined and elegant decorative piece, in perfect aesthetic and working condition. The wiring has been completely redone, combining antique charm with modern safety. Main features: Origin & Period: Authentic Italian craftsmanship from the Florence region, dating from the 1960s/1970s. It is stamped with a gold inscription "Hand Made in Italy - Fiorentine" on its base. Materials & Design: Body and shades in fine porcelain/ceramic in an intense and glossy cobalt/midnight blue. Superb white relief decorations in an antique/mythological style depicting draped figures and cherubs (in the spirit of Jasperware). Finished with delicate gold trim highlighting the curves. Structure: Frame, light arms, and finely crafted collars in gilded metal, topped with a ring handle (typical of bouillotte lamps). Shades: Two removable chimney-shaped globes in white opaline glass that diffuse a very soft and warm light.
