Designers Florian Kallus and Sebastian Schneider found their inspiration in the detail of the offset seat cushion relative to the shell. This detail formed the basis for their first armchair for Leolux. KaschKasch is known for their pursuit of reducing forms to their purest essence, without losing sight of usability and appeal. This is clearly visible in the Kudo, where every line has a subtle tension that creates depth and comfort. The Kudo showroom model has a leather frame and arms, combined with fabric cushions. This contrast gives the armchair a unique look. The fabric used, Amelia, is woven from yarns made from recycled polyester, sourced from used PET bottles. This results in a strong and surprisingly soft bouclé fabric.
