Product description
Kristalia Holo Pillar dining table Version: 01hol42 Holo Pillar dining table Top: black oak-effect wood with black painted edge Base: exclusive brown lacquered steel Dimensions: L179 x W159 x H75 cm Design: Kensaku Oshiro, 2020 Some scratches on the top About the Holo Pillar dining table The Holo Pillar table, designed by Kensaku Oshiro in 2020, plays with the presence of a hole in a surprising way: seemingly absent, yet unmistakably present as form and space. With this idea in mind, Oshiro reinterpreted the iconic Holo table in a round version. He retained the characteristic oval cutout and developed a sculptural, solid base that serves as a sturdy support for the oak top. The base is finished in the exclusive “Exclusive colours” lacquer, the result of sophisticated research in Kristalia’s powder coating centre. The Holo Pillar is more than a table; it is a tangible study of the form and meaning of emptiness.
