Rare and exceptionally large hand-blown and hand-painted vase from the Tonga series. Designed by Monica Backström for Kosta Boda Sweden in 1998. Double signed: 1. Etched on the bottom with "Kosta Boda M. Backström 40043" 2. Painted on the side with MB (Monica Backström) and the initials of the person who painted the vase. Original label included. This is a very large vase. Height: 35 cm Top diameter: 18 cm Weight: 1267 grams In excellent condition. See photos for your own impression.
