About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
This is a decorative glass bowl from the renowned Swedish manufacturer Kosta Boda, a brand with a rich history dating back to 1742. The object is distinguished by its vibrant color palette and the dynamic, swirling patterns captured in the glass, a hallmark of Kosta Boda glassblowers' craftsmanship.
The bowl is made of high-quality, clear crystal glass, which ensures substantial weight and brilliant light refraction. Inside the transparent glass, abstract strands of intense orange and red pigment are incorporated, creating a unique and expressive visual effect. The organic, rounded shape with a wide, shallow bowl makes it an elegant and timeless design. This piece is an example of the Swedish tradition in glass art, where form and color merge into a harmonious whole.
The object is in excellent condition, without visible signs of wear. The original Kosta Boda sticker is still intact, indicating careful use and preservation. The luster and clarity of the glass have been fully preserved, allowing the colors and internal pattern to be optimally displayed.
This bowl functions perfectly as an autonomous decorative object on a dresser, coffee table, or in a display cabinet. It adds a powerful color accent to a modern, minimalist, or Scandinavian interior and can serve as a vide-poche or simply be admired as a piece of glass art.
