Oval dining table with Carrara marble top by Eero Saarinen for Knoll international, 1957. This table was created by Finnish-American designer Eero Saarinen for Knoll International. In 1947, Knoll approached Eero Saarinen, marking the beginning of a long collaboration between the architect-designer and the brand. The primary objective was to replace the 4 legs of a classic table with a pure, functional, organic base. This model quickly became an icon in the world of design. Base in white-lacquered cast aluminum. Top in white Carrara marble.
