Product description
Large, solid ice glass ceiling lamp made by Hillebrand Leuchten, see the last photo. The lamp consists of thick, heavy glass with small pieces of glass fused into the inside. On the outside are large, clear bubbles. The glass is blown in its entirety and is therefore unique. The lamp has a metal fixture. Attached to this fixture are 3 brackets; each bracket has a small hole through which a screw can pass to mount the lamp directly to the ceiling, although the lamp can also be recessed. On the side of the brackets is a hole through which the metal screw pin fits; this holds the glass in place. The lamp is in very good condition, except for a 10-centimeter hairline crack. The glass is still sturdy, but to be on the safe side, I have very neatly applied some clear 2-component glue to the inside. The lamp is absolutely sturdy, and in my opinion, this is only noticeable if you know about it. Consequently, due to this "minor flaw," the price is considerably lower than the average price of 500 euros asked for the same second-hand lamp.
