Lounge armchair model "Turner" by Jack Crebolder for Harvink, Netherlands. Designed in 1982, also known as "Cobra". The Turner was produced as a limited edition in five colors, 200 pieces per color. With its high, tapered backrest and the cantilevered seat shell on a heavy metal base plate, it is a striking classic of 80s Dutch design. Version: dark blue leather, black lacquered metal base plate. Origin: First owner in Berlin. The original purchase invoice from August 1, 1987, issued by the furniture store Axmann in Berlin, is available. Listed there: "2 Turner high-back armchairs, upholstery leather size 2, dark blue, metal plate black" for 1,643 DM each. A copy of the invoice will be provided. Condition: Good for its age, after almost 40 years with a beautiful patina and the wrinkles in the leather typical for this model. Pick up in Berlin. A second, identical armchair is also available.
