Large and rare fine porcelain art sculpture from the renowned Spanish manufacturer Nadal (Manises, Spain), from the prestigious thematic collection "Arte y Teatro" (Art and Theatre).
This high-end piece depicts a theatre / opera actor draped in a flowing gown, holding the Tragedy mask gilded with fine gold. The porcelain features a superb iridescent / mother-of-pearl finish with unique changing reflections.
The sculpture is elegantly mounted on its original solid natural stone base (travertine / marble). A dramatic and poetic work with clean lines inspired by the Art Déco style.
