Product description
Original vintage Gispen tubular steel chair, probably from the 1970s/1980s, recently professionally reupholstered in a warm fabric with a subtle nap.
The nap in the fabric creates a soft color nuance depending on the light, giving the chair added depth and character. The warm upholstery creates a beautiful contrast with the tubular steel frame and the black armrests—a balanced combination of functional modernism and softness.
The original authenticity sticker under the seat is present. To preserve this characteristic, the original underside was carefully reused during the upholstery process.
Very good vintage condition.
Seat and back professionally reupholstered.
A timeless Dutch design with a fresh, contemporary look. Beautiful at a desk, as a dining chair, or as a subtle statement in a minimalist interior.
