Here the painter represents a nude woman's body in a minimalist manner, a few strokes are enough to sketch the moment, in search of abstraction, not without recalling certain nude drawings by Henri Matisse at the same period. Perfect condition (difficult to photograph with the protective glass). Total dimensions, with frame and fabric passe-partout: 97.5 cm x 67.5 cm. Provenance: Studio of the artist Lola Di Vito, mezzo soprano singer, painter and sculptor. She was a pupil (and most certainly a muse, as sketched in this painting) of Géo De Vlamynck.
