Manutti Air Concept = set of 2 armchairs + 1 coffee table. Purchased autumn 2020, but used in a second home (1 month/year and only summers 2020 to 2024, then carefully stored).

#### The 2 sofas (264 x 107 cm) = 2 end modules named « Left End Seat 264 » and « Right End Seat 264 », platform made of aluminum material, powder-coated - painted, which extends from each end and then serves as an integrated shelf.
## The coffee table (132 x 107 cm) = Large and rectangular, « Large Footstool /Coffee Table 132 » designed to align precisely (to the mm) with the depth (107 cm) of the sofa.
* Unique technical feature: The backrests are fully removable, equipped with invisible magnetic fasteners to allow rearranging the angle or position of the seats as desired.
* Comfortable space for 6 to 7 people,
* Purchased in autumn 2020, but the condition is impeccable, as it was used in a second home, i.e., 4 to 6 weeks per year, and for the summers of 2020 to 2024, then afterwards (and between these summers), everything was stored very carefully in a ventilated garage).
* No breakages, no dents, no rust, no defects, the structures will be « like new » after cleaning with soap.
* The cushions have no tears, no zipper or fastener problems, etc… and they are as firm as when purchased, due to the minimal use/outings of this high-end set).
At most a slight logical color wear (homogeneous, therefore not really visible) due to UV, if compared with new).
The cushions are removable and washable.
#### In 2020, this Manutti Air Concept set (the 2 modules of 264 cm + the coffee table of 132 cm) had a catalog price of approximately €16,500 to €17,500.
The structure alone with its aluminum base + the table, was worth approximately €13,000.
* It is entirely possible to buy only new cushions, which is one of the great advantages of the Manutti brand.
* The structures of the Air Concept range in powder-coated aluminum and stainless steel are designed to last for decades without moving, while the upholstery is designed to be renewed or modified over time.
