Beautiful Raak globe pendant lamp, small model. This style icon was designed in the 1950s by Frank Ligtelijn for the Raak company in Amsterdam. The concept of an aluminium fixture topped with a glass globe was produced in various versions (pendant lamps, wall lamps, floor lamps). The glass used was produced in three shades: grey-violet, brown smoked glass, and clear. Lamps from this series were produced until the 1970s. The lamp we are offering here is a pendant lamp fitted with clear glass. The lamp has an E27 socket, a new reinforced black cord, and a black ceiling rose. Dimensions: Height: approximately 21 cm. Diameter: approximately 23 cm. We currently have one unit in stock (two have already been sold). This lamp has a few scratches on the aluminium fixture (see photo 7). We do not consider these scratches to be bothersome. Otherwise, the lamp is in good vintage condition. Photo 10 shows the lamp, along with a larger model and a floor version that we also offer (if not sold).
