An expressive, impasto oil painting (oil on hardboard) by the renowned German artist and stage designer Dr. Heinz Beisker (1908–1991).
The work depicts church architecture with a southern European feel and captivates with Beisker's characteristically dynamic application of paint in an impressive impasto technique.
