Eco tableware set designed by Giovanni Gariboldi for Ginori in the 1970s, a project that reinterprets the dining table as a coordinated ensemble of essential forms, where proportion, functionality, and formal restraint come together in a timeless design language. With the Eco series, Gariboldi reimagined the traditional table service through clean lines and a sober colour palette that remains remarkably contemporary today. Crafted in glazed porcelain, the set features an elegant contrast between the glossy white interior and the deep blue-grey exterior and plate rims. The soft, understated forms are entirely free from unnecessary decoration, allowing the balanced proportions, refined profiles, and subtle colour combination to define the character of the design.
