Product description
This is a perfect example mid mid-century modern design from the 1960s Eastern Europe. This chandelier is rather rare, because despite its age of around 65-70 years, it comes equipped with the original glass lampshades in pristine condition. This chandelier was found by me in  Ukraine, in the summer of 2025, in the midst of the Russian-Ukrainian war. In order to ship it to Europe, I disassembled it completely. The metal parts were then shipped by the road transport company, while the glass shades were brought by me as hand luggage. So, the shades travelled by the bus from Ukraine to Poland, and then by airplane to Portugal, always by my side. Once in Portugal, we completely renewed the electrical installation. After a profound cleanup, the chandelier is in its near-original glory. It is equipped with three plastic E27 light bulb sockets. It has been wired to light up all three bulbs at once, but it is possible to make a 2-phased lighting as well. If you have an electrician on site, it won't take him long to do it. Condition: It is in very good vintage condition. All electrics have been renewed. One of the shades represents a couple of tiny defects on the rim. Please see the photo.
