Together with Ronald Schmitt, Draenert is the most important and highest quality glass table manufacturer in Germany and Europe. Dr. Peter Draenert opened his workshops in Friedrichshafen in 1968. From the very beginning, his aim was to realize modern design by German and German-speaking designers in the Bauhaus tradition. The Draenert Studios maintain their own workshops in Immenstaad on Lake Constance.
The Draenert company is represented in many public collections and exhibitions, including the Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Museum of Applied Arts in Tokyo, the Victoria and Albert Museum in London and the German Architecture Museum in Frankfurt am Main.

Condition:
The tables are technically and visually in very good to excellent condition. No comparison to the other tables on offer. No scratches, knocks or similar, simply top!
They come from the home of an academic with a doctorate, which was full of very well-kept design classics. The refurbishment effort was therefore very limited. One table has small stains on the back of a runner (like water stains on a car), nothing serious, but it should be mentioned. Of course, you can't see this if you simply turn the table or you have to get quite close to discover something. We therefore grant a discount of 50,- Euro for this table.
Here again, as almost always with us, it will be extremely difficult to find better ones! The new owner can look forward to further timeless decades of use.
New price / List Price:
1908,- / pc. the gold version is no longer available today. The gold surcharge was approx. 1/3 (33%) of the chrome version. Today the chrome version costs 1435,- € incl. VAT
