A glass object made by the glass factory De Rupel in Boom Belgium. In addition to utility glass, this factory also produces decorative glass. Glassblowers had been recruited from Spain for the manufacture of this glass. They blew this glass in a special way. Unlike other blowers, this glass was drawn into the mold with hooks instead of pliers. This can be clearly seen from the hollow spaces in the blank ends. The designer of these objects is Felix van Ransbeeck, he designed a whole series of this type of glass in the period 1967-1970. The condition of this petrol-colored object is fine
