This Danish retro chair instantly adds character to the room. The design is characterized by a wooden frame and an upholstered seat and backrest, typical of Scandinavian design from the middle of the last century.
The chair is made of wood and features mottled, beige-brown textile upholstery. The construction displays craftsmanship with visible joints on the underside, making it easy to reupholster. The piece of furniture is in used condition with visible signs of age. The original upholstery is heavily worn in some places and the padding needs replacing. The wood could also use a good oiling. As a slightly rugged chair, it still serves its purpose very well in this condition!
This chair fits perfectly into a Scandinavian or vintage-inspired interior. It comes into its own as a desk chair, an accent chair in the bedroom, or as part of an eclectic dining set.
