De Sede DS-76 – Modular Leather Sofa (5 Elements) Original De Sede DS-76, an iconic modular designer sofa, designed and manufactured in Switzerland. The DS-76 was launched in 1972 and is still considered a timeless design classic today. Each element can be easily unfolded into a comfortable daybed or guest bed without mechanical parts. 5 modules in supple dark brown, almost black leather. Various configurations possible. The sofa comes from a smoke-free home. Dimensions Per Element Width: 91 cm Depth: 97 cm Depth unfolded: 225 cm Height: 75 cm Seat height: 41 cm Seat depth: 66 cm The sofa is in very good vintage condition and has only been lightly used. The leather is soft, supple and very well preserved. Mild signs of wear consistent with age. Some small restorations were carefully carried out: Slight damage to the underside of two corners. This was repaired and reinforced with an extra piece of leather. A small tear in the fabric on the back of a corner cushion was sewn shut. Two small tears in the leather of the frame were repaired and remain slightly visible. De Sede DS-76 is still produced today, which underscores the enduring popularity of this design. A beautiful original vintage set for lovers of De Sede and timeless Swiss design. Depending on the location, the sofa can also be delivered.
