An exceptional, highly functional dining set manufactured in Denmark during the 1970s by the renowned maker Holstebro Møbelfabrik A/S (manufacturer's label present).
The set comprises an oval extendable table—complete with additional leaves to increase the tabletop surface—and a set of eight contoured chairs. The entire set is crafted from high-quality solid teak, featuring a warm, deep tone and beautiful wood grain.
It embodies the organic, streamlined shapes characteristic of Mid-Century Modern Danish design, evident in the contoured chair backrests and the stable, elegant table base construction that ensures comfort for diners.
Condition:
Wood/Structure: Very good to very good-minus condition. The wooden structure is stable, solid, and free of damage. The teak wood retains a beautiful natural luster and a refined patina.
Upholstery: The seats feature original upholstery in a beige/sage shade. There are visible spots and signs of use on the fabric (professional cleaning or reupholstery is recommended, depending on the new owner's preference).
