This is the iconic Colonnato table, designed by Mario Bellini for Cassina. The piece is a classic of Italian design, known for its sculptural base that reinterprets the columns of classical architecture in a modern key. The structure is composed of four independent travertine cylinders that support a large square crystal top (140X140) which has 2/3 splits as shown in the photos. Produced in Italy in the 1970s, this table combines art, architecture and functionality, representing a benchmark in the history of 20th-century design.
