About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
Offered is a set of two chairs, designed by Andrea Branzi for the Italian manufacturer Cassina. This model, known as the 'Revers' chair, is an iconic example of postmodern design from 1993. The design features a continuous band of curved, laminated wood that forms both the backrest and the armrests, resting on the floor. The round seat is also made of wood with a natural finish. The base consists of four tapered aluminum legs, providing a stable yet elegant foundation. The combination of warm wood and cool metal creates a captivating visual contrast. These chairs are in good, used condition, consistent with their age and use. The structural integrity is completely intact, and the wood has retained an authentic character. The overall presentation is consistent and representative of a vintage design piece. This set is a sculptural addition to various interiors, from a minimalist dining room to an eclectic seating area. The chairs function both as comfortable seating and as striking design objects that spark conversation.
