Product description
ARMCHAIR + OTTOMAN | CASSINA | PATRICK NORGUET | P22 | 2013
Original Cassina P22 armchair with matching P22 ottoman, upholstered in a deep green, white mottled structural fabric and with a base in matt natural ash.
Both the armchair and the ottoman are upholstered all around in the same fabric. The armchair features the original Cassina label; Cassina is also woven into the upholstery.
The P22 was designed in 2013 by Patrick Norguet as a contemporary interpretation of the classic bergère: a high lounge armchair with characteristic side wings and a separate footstool.
The P22 armchair is still included in the current Cassina collection.
French designer Patrick Norguet works internationally for various leading furniture manufacturers and designed the P22 for the Cassina I Contemporanei collection.
Cassina produces the P22 in Italy. The construction includes a shell of bent beech plywood and a base that was supplied in aluminum or solid wood; this version has the light natural wooden base.
