Refined Armchair mod. 637 Utrecht by Cassina, upholstered in a very soft wool cloth in BLUE with a Horsehair stitching by T. G. Rietveld, is an iconic design piece, the result of the design of the great and famous Dutch master Gerrit Thomas Rietveld in 1935-36. This armchair, which belongs to a special collection, IS NEW and has never been used. The soft woollen cloth upholstery in a beautiful BLUE shade not only provides a refined aesthetic, but also offers a pleasant warm tactile sensation. The steel frame is carefully padded with polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. The contrasting stitching, precisely executed in horse stitch, emphasises the angular cubist lines, while the comfortable seating posture makes it ideal for relaxing moments.
