Italian work, 1990s H 70 x W 220 x D 90 cm Cognac leather and lacquered steel Very good condition Four black lacquered steel legs cross under a low box frame; seat and back cushions in cognac leather, backrests tilt independently to switch from sofa to bench. Paolo Piva, an architect trained in Venice, designed for B&B Italia starting in the seventies. The Alanda is part of this collaboration, at a time when the manufacturer was looking for low seating with an exposed structure. Very good condition. The sofa retains its black lacquered steel base and original cognac leather.
