About this seller
Private sellerProduct description
The Brand Van Egmond floor lamp is a striking lighting object crafted from metal. This specific design is characterized by the sculptural, interwoven wire structure of the shade, which creates a theatrical play of light and reflects the signature of the Dutch design house.
The fixture rests on a sleek, square black base and a slender stand, forming a strong contrast with the organic chaos of the metal shade. The silver and black tones emphasize the industrial yet refined character of the design. Light shines through the complex wire structure, resulting in expressive shadows on the surrounding walls and ceiling. The lamp is equipped with a long cord with a switch for optimal ease of use.
The object is in excellent condition and retains its original finish. The robust metal construction is completely intact and the lamp functions properly, allowing the characteristic design and authentic appearance to come fully into their own.
This floor lamp serves as a functional work of art within a high-end interior. The piece fits perfectly in a modern or eclectic living space, where it makes a powerful visual statement alongside a minimalist seating area or as a standalone object in a spacious hall.
The lamp itself has also been converted to LED.
