The iconic Bird Chair, designed by Harry Bertoia for Knoll, is a masterpiece of spatial design from the mid-twentieth century. It is an original from the first production run in the 1950s. The frame is made entirely of black coated metal, showing some wear on the underside. The chair is in good condition with characteristic signs of use consistent with its age. An ottoman is optionally available, although it is of a later production date.
