This Rolf Benz Dono sofa is a true design classic. Sleek, low, and modern, but with the comfort you expect from Rolf Benz. The deep seat and loose back cushions create a relaxed lounge look without appearing heavy.
This Rolf Benz three-seater sofa Dono, designed by Christian Werner in the late 90s, combines sculptural clarity with exceptional comfort and functionality. The piece of furniture is characterized by a striking architectural frame with wide veneered wooden planks that extend across the back and sides, resting on brushed stainless steel supports. The loose back cushions are placed against the plank, creating a light and open silhouette while also being flexible in arrangement.
The 'Dono' sofa series is a highlight in Rolf Benz's history - winner of various awards.
Down-like cushions, incorporated into chambers with a filling of
foam rods and polyester fibers and a reinforcing core
of polyether foam and an additional stabilizing wooden board.
• Seat made of polyurethane foam, layered construction, with different heights and
designs coordinated, covered with a down-like mat, the chamber filling
is with foam rods and polyester fibers.
• Seat with wooden inner frame.
• Internal springing with coil springs (upholstered sofa without internal springing).
