Product description
Iconic modernist Scandinavian design by Tapio Wirkkala for Iittala (Finland c. 1968). Aslak model with "ice glass" technique, heavy textured glass in an organic ice style (14 cm long, 4 cm high, 901 g). Good general condition and strong original density. To note, in full transparency, two tiny micro-"chips-defects" on the rim which, completely embedded in the asperities and frosted relief of the glass, are strictly invisible to the naked eye and can only be slightly felt to the touch. The price takes this into account.
