This is the C725 'Bird' Sofa, an iconic design by Michiel van der Kley for the Dutch manufacturer Artifort. The piece owes its name to its sculptural silhouette, reminiscent of a bird in flight, and is characterized by its floating backrest and organic lines.
This Sofa was manufactured in the nineties and is an example of progressive Dutch Design. The construction consists of a frame upholstered with a red textile fabric, resting on slender, polished steel legs that give the design a light and airy appearance.
The dimensions are 190 cm wide, 87 cm deep, and 66 cm high, offering comfortable seating for two to three people.
