Characteristic Art Deco earthenware vase in the so-called 'Coloquinte' (gourd or bottle model) shape, made by the Belgian pottery Faïencerie de Thulin (1930s).This piece has an incredibly beautiful glaze design: a deep, glossy burgundy red base (sang de boeuf) decorated with sleek vertical lines and a rich, contrasting drip glaze on the neck in shades of brown, ocher yellow, blue, and silver. Marked on the bottom with the round blind stamp "Made in Belgium" and the beloved model number "200". A magnificent added value for lovers of Flemish/Belgian art pottery and vintage design.
